The bedrooms are very quiet because they are separated by a corridor from the common rooms.
The windows of the bedrooms open to the west- or north, so that even during the hot summer time the room temperature remains quite pleasant
During the cooler seasons electric radiators allow individual temperature control.
Every bedroom has a double bed - 1.40 m- a wardrobe,desk and armchair and a separate shower/WC.
In order to assure a good rest we have furnished the beds with latex mattresses, genuine lambs wool or silk covers
In addition, thanks to two women experts, who have carried out a biological screening ,our house is now free from negative radiation. According to the size of the bed rooms the prices have been established as follows:

	room 1 (18,5 m²) bed: 1.60 x 2.00 m television HS: 58,00 € LS: 52,00 €

	room 2 (15,4 m²) HS: 53,00 € LS: 48,00 €

	room 3 (14,8 m² with a small entrance) HS: 50,00 € LS: 46,00 € as a single room: HS: 44,00 € LS: 41,00 €

	HS: High season from June 15th to - September 15th LS: Low season from September 15th to June 15th The municipality charges a tax of € 0,25 per person/day from april 1th untill september 30th. included in the price: * bed linen * towels also for the sauna but not for the beach * simple fitness equipment, ping pong and badminton rackets, material for outdoor diand indoor games * maps, information material about the nearby region * cleaning of the floors of the common rooms once a week * cleaning at the end of the stay * access internet - 2 Mega DSL - free
