The separate entrance is at the northside of the house. A small corridor with some shelves to the sunny kitchen opens to the living room on the south-east side.Via a balcony door it is possible to go directly into the garden.
On the opposite side of the entrance, another door leads to a small corridor which gives access to the shower/WC and the bedroom. See design.
The bedroom - 11m²- consists of a double bed - 1.40m², a wardrobe, a small table, and armchairs.
The window opens to the north side.

4,5 m² - equipped with fridge, small gas stove, fume extractor,
